Find the constraint
Map the path from demand to booked work. Establish the baseline, find the most expensive break, and choose one priority instead of starting ten disconnected projects.

The CSMN 90-Day Growth System Install connects how customers find you, what they see, where inquiries go, and what reaches operations. You get one founder-led system you can measure, improve, and keep.
Start with the highest-value constraint. Expand only when the evidence says the next connection matters.
The CSMN 90-Day Install
A business can have a good reputation, active ads, and a capable team—and still lose momentum when the message, website, measurement, lead handling, and follow-up work separately.
I map the system, establish a baseline, repair the highest-value break, then connect the next useful piece. The work starts where the break is costing the business the most.
What gets installed
The system is consistent. The channel work changes because the business problem changes.
Map the path from demand to booked work. Establish the baseline, find the most expensive break, and choose one priority instead of starting ten disconnected projects.
Connect the accounts, tracking, lead handling, and source-of-truth metrics required to see what is happening before asking the business to spend more.
Put the highest-priority improvement live in month one. That may be a service page, landing page, Google Ads repair, local search fix, offer, or follow-up handoff.
Review what changed, connect the next useful piece, and leave the owner with a working system map, clean account ownership, and next-quarter priorities.
Scope follows the constraint. Smaller problems get a smaller scope, not a discount on the same work.
Divine · local growth system case study
I manage Divine's Google Ads, its primary paid channel. Here is the short version: 150 tracked calls, clearer website and local visibility, and project records that can be reviewed beside the marketing activity.
$13,684.67 ÷ 150 tracked calls
45 modeled closes at the owner-reported 30% close rate
$91.23 per tracked call compared with LocaliQ's 2025 Landscaping search-ad CPL benchmark of $117.92. Treat this as directional: a tracked call and a benchmark lead are not identical, and markets and campaign mixes differ. View benchmark source ↗
Modeling note: the 30% ad-lead close rate is owner-reported, producing 45 modeled closes (150 × 30%). This is not a claim of platform-tracked sales or revenue.
Website analytics · 30 days ending Jul 28, 2026
The platform shows 0 “clicks to contact,” but the form runs through Jobber. That field is not the lead count.
Google Business Profile · reporting period Feb–Jul 2026
$1.9M quoted ($1,904,811.36)
$370,617.06 across 53 entries, including the current $52,650 project
$342,122.69 across 82 records
Quote volume, project value, and recorded payment activity sit beside the acquisition data instead of in a separate world.
The delivery model
Not an audit that dies in a folder. The first repair goes live in month one.
I trace demand, response, estimates, close rate, ticket value, and collection so we can identify the highest-value break.
We agree on the source-of-truth metrics, clean up access and ownership, and set the first-priority repair.
I put that repair live, connect the handoffs around it, and keep the work tied to the business instead of vanity metrics.
At day 90, you have the working system, a clear scoreboard, and the next-quarter priorities.
Who this is for
I work directly with owners who have a real service, real ticket value, capacity to deliver, and authority to improve the business. You are not coordinating a pile of specialists or buying a generic marketing menu.
Not a fit: an unproven service, overnight-ranking expectations, a business without capacity, or anyone shopping for the cheapest task vendor.
Straight answers
Useful definitions, clear scope, and no hidden promise.
It is a founder-led implementation that connects the parts of the business responsible for demand becoming booked work: positioning, demand capture, website experience, tracking, lead handling, follow-up, and operations. We start with the biggest measured constraint and build from there.
Every install includes a demand-to-booked-work map, tracking and account-ownership cleanup, one first-priority repair in month one, a simple owner-facing scoreboard, and a written system map. The channel work follows the diagnosed constraint; not every business needs every channel.
Answer Engine Optimization and Generative Engine Optimization mean organizing accurate, useful information so search engines and AI answer systems can understand the business, its services, and its evidence. They support discovery but do not guarantee placement in search or AI answers.
Established home-service businesses with strong delivery, real project economics, capacity for more of the right work, and an owner or operator who can make decisions. This is not a fit for an unproven service or a business looking for a cheap task vendor.
I do not guarantee rankings, calls, revenue, or close rates. I do guarantee the agreed tracking foundation and first-priority repair will be live by day 30 when CSMN controls the work. If not, the next installment pauses and I keep working at no management fee until they are live. The clock pauses for missing access, delayed approvals, or third-party platform dependencies.
Clear service priorities, accurate business and service-area information, access to the relevant accounts, and permission to use any published proof. If a claim cannot be verified, it does not go live.
A clear map of the main break, the first repair worth making, what should be measured, and the work I recommend. The goal is a useful decision, not a pile of slides.
You work directly with the founder from the first review through the plan, implementation decisions, and measurement. The work stays close to the owner and the operating reality of the business.
The standard engagement is a 90-day install. Investment is set after the free call confirms the business problem, access, delivery capacity, and the highest-value scope. Ad spend and third-party tools are separate. If a business needs less, I reduce the scope rather than discounting the same work.
